Terms and Conditions:
- The Rewards Beyond the Drive Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by PHS Automotive Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("PHSAM") and is valid only from 7 August – 31 Oct 2026 (“Campaign Period”) as determined and announced by PHSAM.
- The Campaign is open to all Audi owners who service their vehicles at participating authorised Audi Service Centres in Malaysia during the Campaign Period.
- Customers must meet the minimum qualifying spend in a single service invoice to be eligible for the corresponding campaign reward. Multiple invoices, receipts or transactions cannot be combined to meet the minimum spending requirement.
- The qualifying spend refers to the total service invoice amount after discounts, where applicable.
- The Campaign is divided into three (3) tiers, based on the minimum amount spent in a single service invoice. The details of each tier are as follows: Tier 1 customers who spend a minimum of RM2,000 in a single service invoice will be entitled to receive exclusive Audi merchandise. Tier 2 customers who spend a minimum of RM3,000 in a single service invoice will be entitled to receive exclusive Audi merchandise and one (1) lucky draw entry into the Campaign. The Tier 2 lucky draw prizes are are either One (1) Audi sport sweat jacket (Black, Men’s); or One (1) Audi stainless steel key ring. Tier 3 customers who spend a minimum of RM4,000 in a single service invoice will be entitled to receive exclusive Audi merchandise and one (1) lucky draw entry into the Campaign, with Tier 3 lucky draw prizes comprising the Second Prize: Apple iPhone 17, and the Grand Prize: a 3D2N stay for two at Pangkor Laut Resort.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Redemption is subject to the campaign validity period and any applicable terms and conditions.
- Winners will be selected through a random lucky draw conducted by PHSAM. The winners will be announced in November 2026 via Audi Malaysia's official communication channels and/or contacted using the contact details provided during vehicle servicing. The decision of PHSAM is final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
- Winners will be notified using the contact details provided during vehicle servicing. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts within the stipulated period, PHSAM reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items, unless otherwise determined by PHSAM.
- PHSAM reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice should the original prize become unavailable.
- Winners may be required to present proof of identity, vehicle ownership and any other supporting documents as requested by PHSAM for verification purposes prior to prize redemption.
- Any taxes, insurance, travel expenses, incidental charges or other costs associated with the acceptance or use of any prize, unless expressly stated otherwise, shall be borne solely by the winner.
- PHSAM reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the validity of all qualifying transactions. PHSAM may disqualify any participant found to have submitted fraudulent, false or misleading information or who has breached these Terms and Conditions.
- By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to PHSAM collecting, using and processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign, contacting winners and carrying out publicity related to the Campaign, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- PHSAM reserves the right to publish the names, photographs and/or likenesses of winners for promotional, advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- PHSAM reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend or terminate the Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
